Shipping Policy

Shuk Yin Limited ships to all addresses within the serviceable regions displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within two business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from three to ten business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order ships. Shuk Yin Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Return Eligibility

Customers may return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged women’s clothing items with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within fourteen calendar days from the delivery date. The fourteen-day return window is absolute. Items that show signs of wear, odor, stains, pet hair, or alterations are not eligible for return. Undergarments, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

To return an item, follow this sequence:

  1. Log into your account on wa08.watchhousesale.com and locate the order number.

  2. Click the “Request Return” button and select the items to return.

  3. State the reason for return. No justification is required for a refund.

  4. Submit the request. Shuk Yin Limited will send a return authorization confirmation to your registered email within one business day.

  5. Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a similar rigid box. Include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

  6. Affix the shipping label. The customer is responsible for purchasing return shipping. Shuk Yin Limited does not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund Conditions

Shuk Yin Limited issues refunds only after the returned items pass inspection at the return address. Items that fail inspection due to damage or missing tags will be rejected. Rejected items are shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. No refund is issued for rejected returns.

Refund Timing

All refunds are processed within fourteen calendar days after Shuk Yin Limited receives and inspects the returned items. The fourteen-day processing period is the minimum. Actual refund posting may take longer depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

For PayPal transactions, the standard refund processing time is fourteen calendar days after inspection. However, certain jurisdictions impose legal requirements that override this standard. In regions where local consumer protection laws or PayPal’s internal policies mandate a thirty-day refund window, Shuk Yin Limited complies with the thirty-day period. Customers subject to a thirty-day PayPal refund window are notified at the time of return request based on their shipping address.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is closed or invalid, the customer must contact [email protected] to arrange an alternative refund method. Store credit is not offered unless explicitly requested by the customer in writing.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears all return shipping costs. Shuk Yin Limited does not reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstance. Original outbound shipping charges are also non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Shuk Yin Limited such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. Refund Amount

The refund amount equals the purchase price of the returned item. Taxes and duties collected at checkout are refunded only if the tax authority directly refunds Shuk Yin Limited. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are not refundable.

Inspection and Notification

Upon delivery of the return package to Shuk Yin Limited, inspection is completed within five business days. The customer receives an email notification confirming approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the fourteen-day refund processing clock starts on the inspection completion date. If rejected, the email includes the reason for rejection and instructions for retrieving the returned item.
